Irene hits the Jersey coast, Pennsylvania

Irene's damaging rain and winds swept into South Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania on Saturday, leading Philadelphia officials to declare a state of emergency for the first time since 1986. Here are photos of the hurricane and the aftermath.
