Homeless man dies in Rittenhouse Square

Police do not suspect foul play in the death of a homeless man whose body was found Wednesday morning in Rittenhouse Square.

The man has not been identified by authorities. His body was discovered about 9:30 a.m. on a park bench, police said. Surrounding the park are some of the city's most luxurious residences.

The Philadelphia Medical Examiner's office is investigating.
