Roosevelt Blvd. reopens after crash

Roosevelt Boulevard has reopened after a serious crash shut down the busy highway.

All lanes had been closed as authorities responded to the wreck near Southampton Road, close to Benjamin Rush State Park and the Philadelphia-Bucks County border, according to PennDot.

Television news footage showed the crash involved a jack-knifed tractor-trailer.
