A PATCO train that stalled on the Ben Franklin Bridge after a motor failure had a ripple effect through the system this morning.
PATCO is warning that westbound service from Westmont to Philadelphia is delayed as a result.
The train lost power around 7:45 a.m. The problem was compounded because PATCO already has a track closed as part of a project. The train had to be removed from the bridge that the passengers inside transferred to Camden City Hall.
Trains were running about 15-30 minutes late during the rush hour.
