Classes to resume at Atlantic Cape Community College after bomb threat

Classes are set to resume this afternoon at a community college campus in South Jersey that was evacuated due to a bomb threat.

Atlantic Cape Community College says normal classes and school operations will resume at 2 p.m. at the school's Mays Landing campus.

The campus was evacuated around 10 a.m. after the bomb threat was reported.

Further details about the incident weren't immediately available.

The college's campuses in Atlantic City and Cape May were not evacuated.

The community college has canceled classes due to bomb threats at least two other times since December, including an incident earlier this month in which a 23-year-old Vineland man was charged with terroristic threats and causing false public alarm for allegedly tweeting a bomb threat.
