listening to her pain..you can get a feeling for why people might not want to teach in our public schools. If false accusations were made those making them should be prosecuted!! This person does not deserve this grief!

She should sue the newspapers that made these false allegations and put them out of their misery.

I'm guessing I'd be feeling pain if caught viewing pics of kids secretly captured in their homes by cameras I'd remotely accessed. What a shock!

All emotion aside, the lawsuit alleges that Ms. Matsko confronted a student with a photograph taken from the webcam on the boy’s PC. That a piece of physical evidence exists makes this case more than “he said, she said.” Ms. Matsko never talks about the photo. Meanwhile, after the photo was made public, the district has admitted activating the webcams, which leads me to believe that the photo indeed came from a webcam. Here’s what Ms. Matsko needs to explain: Did she indeed, as the suit alleges, possess a photo taken off the student’s webcam? If so, and if she never spied on a student, then how did the photo come into her possession? If the webcam picture was taken by another school official, why was her first reaction to confront and discipline the student (which indicates tacit approval of the surveillance)? Why did she not at least question the legality of the tactic?
