$50K in jewelry stolen from Mount Laurel home

Police are investigating after $50,000 in jewelry was reported stolen from a Mount Laurel home.

Mount Laurel police said a resident on the unit block of Sternlight Drive reported that someone entered the house sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Nov. 15.

The burglar got in by forcing open a rear window, police said, and made off with jewelry valued at about $50,000.
