Tuesday's storm dumped 13.5 inches of snow on Philadelphia, bringing this season’s snowfall total to well above what is normal for an entire winter. It also marked the first time in 140 years of recordkeeping that three six-inch-plus snows have fallen in Philadelphia before Feb. 1.
