North Philly shooting leaves man, 37, in critical

A 37-year-old man was in critical condition Thursday night after being shot in a North Philadelphia street, police said.

The victim was shot in the back and in the left side of his chest just before 7 p.m. in the 2100 block of North Seventh Street. He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital.

No arrests were reported.
