Joel Hutton, 23, of Berlin, and Janiyah Conquest, 19, of Sicklerville, were pronounced dead at the scene after the Chevrolet Malibu Hutton was driving crossed the center line on Williamstown Road, crashed into an oncoming Honda Civic, and overturned around 7:25 a.m., authorities said.

Conquest was ejected onto a field next to the road, police said. A third person inside the car survived and was transported to Cooper University Hospital.

The Civic's driver, Jillian Farrell, 19, of Williamstown, also was taken to Cooper. Police did not release her condition.

Authorities are investigating what caused Hutton's car to cross the center line.
