A bank-robbery suspect was apprehended Monday in Chester County after police found him hiding in a dumpster, authorities said.
Just before 4:45 p.m., Olajide "Jimmy" Agoro Jr., 20, of Philadelphia, allegedly handed a note to a teller at the Wells Fargo branch on East Lancaster Road in Tredyffrin Township that indicated he was armed.
When police responded, they found a wig and other items worn by the suspect nearby. Witnesses told police they saw a man fitting the description of the suspect running down the regional rail tracks. Police said they found Agoro hiding in a dumpster near the tracks.
Agoro's bail was set at $50,000 and he was being held at the Chester County Prison. - Robert Moran
