Two men were in stable condition Saturday after being shot and wounded in separate incidents in the city's Germantown and North Philadelphia neighborhoods, police said.

About 12:03 a.m., police responded to a report of a person with a gun on the 100 block of West Chelten Avenue in Germantown and found a 19-year-old man shot once in his right leg. The man told police he was accosted during a robbery by two men wearing masks, white T-shirts; one of them armed with a silver handgun.

The masked men took cash from the victim's pants pocket before shooting him, then running away, police said. The victim was taken by medics to Albert Einstein Medical Center in stable condition.

In another shooting, at about 4:30 a.m., a 32-year-old man was shot once in his right leg while outside on the 2400 block of Nicholas Street in North Philadelphia. He was taken by private vehicle to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was also listed in stable condition, police said.

Police reported no arrest in either shooting.
