Man, 25, shot dead in W. Philly
A 25-year-old man was fatally shot in West Philadelphia early Friday, police said. The man, whose name was not released, was shot once in the head about 12:06 a.m. outside at Cecil and Locust Streets. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:15 a.m.
