The Bucks County man wanted on homicide charges in last week's love-triangle killing was sighted in central Pennsylvania on Monday and could be on the lam in the Philadelphia area, police said Tuesday.

Jeffrey Gould, 33, of Doylestown, and his companion were spotted Monday in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, driving a truck with a stolen Pennsylvania license plate.

Police issued an arrest warrant for Gould on Sunday in connection with the slaying of Edward Dubinsky, 33, who was found dead at his Warwick Township home Thursday.

Sought along with Gould is Zannatul "Asha" Naim, 30, who police said dated both Dubinsky and Gould, and who was seen outside Dubinsky's house around the time of the Wednesday night shooting with a man matching Gould's description.

No charges are pending against Naim, but police hope to question her, they said at a Monday news conference in which they urged the pair to turn themselves in.

Gould and Naim were observed in Cumberland County around 11 a.m. Monday, Warwick Township police and the Bucks County district attorney said Tuesday. The truck's New Jersey license plates had been switched out for the stolen one, which police said was obtained in Virginia on Thursday.

The pair have been driving a champagne-colored Chevrolet Silverado pickup with damage to the bumper and rear passenger side, and two bumper stickers.

On Last Wednesday, neighbors on Dubinsky's quiet street in the Jamison section of Warwick Township heard a single gunshot around 11:30 p.m. The next morning, a dog-walking neighbor found Dubinsky on his front porch in a pool of blood.

Police found a box for a pistol and used shell casings in Gould's apartment that matched those used in the killing.

On Thursday, Gould and Naim showed up in North Carolina, according to a witness who told authorities that Gould said he had shot Dubinsky.

Police consider the pair to be armed and dangerous. Anyone who spots the truck or has related information can call police at 215-343-0100.
