Man, 19, critical after being shot 4 times in Kensington

A 19-year-old man was critically wounded in a shooting Monday evening in the city's Kensington section, police said. The man was shot twice in the jaw and twice in the neck, just after 6:15 p.m. in the 3100 block of Souton Street, police said. He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
