Firefighter reportedly falls off roof while battling Bensalem fire
A Bucks County firefighter was reportedly injured after falling off the roof of a home in Bensalem while battling a Saturday morning blaze.

Firefighters responded to the house on the 1100 block of Tennis Avenue, where heavy black smoke spiraled into the air, around 9:10 a.m. The fire was put under control in about half an hour, a county dispatcher said.
The dispatcher said one person was taken to Aria Health's Torresdale hospital in Philadelphia, but did not have further details.
News reports said a firefighter who was battling the blaze fell off the roof. He was the person reportedly taken to the hosptial. The occupants of the house made it out safely.
Calls left with the Bensalem Police Department, which is investigating, were not immediately returned.
