SEPTA's Cynwyd Line is down for the night

SEPTA's Cynwyd Regional Rail Line has been cancelled for Monday evening and riders will be directed to an alternative route, the transit agency said.

Riders at Suburban Station and 30th Street Station will need to take the Paoli-Thorndale Line to Overbrook Station and then board shuttle buses to Cynwyd Station. Some delays may occur.

SEPTA spokesman Andrew Busch said an unexpected crew shortage led to the alternative plan and should only last through Monday night.
