Police searching for Olney man missing for 4 days
Police were asking for the public's help in finding a man missing since Monday from an Olney adult day-care center who suffers from dementia and needs heart medication.
Police were asking for the public's help in finding a man missing since Monday from an Olney adult day-care center who suffers from dementia and needs heart medication.
Neil Riggs was last seen in the area of the Olney Shopping Plaza at 101 E. Olney Ave. about 11:40 a.m.
He was wearing a silver bracelet with his first and last name.
Riggs is 6 feet tall, about 200 pounds, and he was wearing an orange long-sleeve T-shirt, a black lightweight jacket, jeans, and black sneakers.
