Man fatally shot in Point Breeze home

A 29-year-old man died Monday morning after being handcuffed and then shot multiple times inside a Point Breeze house, police said Monday afternoon.

A 29-year-old man died Monday morning after being handcuffed and then shot multiple times inside a Point Breeze house, police said Monday afternoon.

Police said the victim, whose name was not released, was found about 8:10 a.m. on the 2200 block of Greenwich Street. Medics took him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead about half an hour later.

Police said the shooter or shooters fled in a red Dodge Charger with tinted windows and large chrome rims. The car was last seen traveling north on 22nd Street. No arrest has been made. - Julie Shaw
