One man was killed and three others injured in four shootings across the city Saturday.

In the deadly incident, police responded to a call of gunshots at about 12:40 a.m. on the 1500 block of North 19th Street in North Philadelphia, where they found a man with a gunshot wound to his chest in a vacant lot. He was transported to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he died.

Police did not release the victim's identity. No arrests had been made.

On the other shootings, police provided the following details:

At 12:11 a.m., officers responding to a report of a person with a gun on the 2500 block of South Millick Street in Southwest Philadelphia saw a dark blue Chevrolet Impala fleeing the area. It crashed into several parked cars on the 6400 block of Grays Avenue. A sawed-off single-barrel shotgun was on the rear floor of the car and a 23-year-old man was taken into custody.

The victim, who was already at the hospital, was a 25-year-old man who told police he was sitting on a porch when someone began shooting.

He said he went inside and treated his wounds in the kitchen before fleeing down the street, where he was picked up in a car and taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He was transferred to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital in stable condition and treated for gunshot wounds to his chin, chest, and hand.

At around 4:27 a.m., police found an unconscious 28-year-old man in a white Dodge Charger on the 2400 block of North 21st Street in North Philadelphia. He had been shot in the right arm and right side. He was transported to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.

At 2:12 p.m., a 65-year-old man was shot in the lower back in the 1400 block of West Cayuga Street in North Philadelphia. He was transported to Temple Hospital in critical but stable condition.

No arrests were made.
