Two men and a woman have been arrested in the shooting of a cabdriver during a robbery in South Philadelphia, police said Monday.

Two men and a woman have been arrested in the shooting of a cabdriver during a robbery in South Philadelphia, police said Monday.

Police said Syheed Wilson, Michael Jones, and Kierston Carroll, all 19, got into a 215-Get-a-Cab taxi about 3:15 a.m. Feb. 6 near the Broad Street Line's Tasker-Morris station. They told the driver, 38, to take them to the 2800 block of Tasker Street.

When they arrived, one of the men took out a gun and said, "Give me all the money you got."

The other man also pointed a gun at the driver, and both fired, police said.

The cabbie took off, but crashed at 24th and Morris Streets. He was in stable condition at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center after treatment for a gunshot wound to his right shoulder.

Police said Wilson, Jones, and Carroll were identified as suspects and arrested after investigators received tips when surveillance footage of the trio was made public.

Carroll and Wilson, both of South Philadelphia, were taken into custody last Tuesday. Jones, of Southwest Philadelphia, was arrested over the weekend, police said. All three face charges that include aggravated assault, robbery, and other offenses.
