A 57-year-old Bucks County man was arrested Tuesday and charged with child rape and other sex crimes with multiple victims dating to 1996, police said.
A 57-year-old Bucks County man was arrested Tuesday and charged with child rape and other sex crimes with multiple victims dating to 1996, police said.
Roberto Cruz, of Thornridge Drive in Falls Township, allegedly assaulted and raped a girl 50 times in Bucks and Montgomery Counties from 2007, when she was 7 years old, until 2012, police said.
Cruz sexually assaulted a woman in 1996 on a mattress at a home in Philadelphia while the woman's children were present, police said.
In 2001, Cruz sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl in the back of a car in Philadelphia, police said. In 2000, Cruz allegedly exposed himself and masturbated in the presence of a woman and her sleeping children in a Philadelphia home, police said.
