Cops seek help in identifying gunman in Center City shooting

Philadelphia police on Tuesday released video of a Center City shooting last month and asked for the public's help in finding the gunman.

Philadelphia police on Tuesday released video of a Center City shooting last month and asked for the public's help in finding the gunman.

About 10:55 p.m. Jan. 21, police were called to 15th and Chestnut Streets for a report of a shooting. There, they found a 31-year-old man lying on the northwest corner with wounds to his back and left arm.

The victim was treated at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Police described the gunman in the video as a man 35 to 45 years old, 6 feet tall, with a light beard.
