Philadelphia police said Tuesday investigators had identified 19-year-old Ativa Jackson as the suspect in the Jan. 3 killings on the 100 block of West Wishart Street.
Two adult victims in the shooting, which happened at about 5:45 p.m., were in the street when police arrived. A male teenager who was also shot was found in a nearby residence.
One victim, 47-year-old Richard DaVilla, of North Philadelphia, died that evening at Temple University Hospital. He had been shot in his right thigh and back.
Another man, 21-year-old Raul Rodriguez, of Franklinville, was shot in the head and died at Temple on Jan. 6.
The third victim, 17-year-old boy, was shot in the face. He was critically wounded but survived.
Anyone with information about Jackson's whereabouts should call police at 215-686-3334 or 911. His last known residence was on the 100 block of West Wishart Street.
