Two men were wounded - one critically - in a double shooting Friday afternoon in the city's Fairhill section, police said.
About 4:25 p.m. in the 3000 block of North Eighth Street, a 58-year-old man was shot in the left side of his back, police said. He was admitted at Temple University Hospital in critical condition. A 52-year-old man was shot twice in the left arm. He also was taken to Temple, where he was listed in stable condition. Police reported no arrests. - Robert Moran
