A Montgomery County man pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges he filmed boys and girls in his bathroom as they undressed, showered and used the toilet.

Kevin Rebbie, 56, of Royersford, pleaded guilty to 19 counts of manufacturing child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.

Rebbie also faces charges of sexual abuse in a separate case through the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.

In February 2015, a 15-year-old found a camera hidden underneath Rebbie's bathroom sink, according to court documents.

Police found Rebbie had 19 videos of boys and girls in various states of nudity and, in one video, masturbating. The videos shows a total of four children filmed over roughly two years.

Rebbie saved the videos onto this computer, police said.

A sentencing hearing for Rebbie is scheduled for April 13. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison. A maximum sentence includes 580 years' imprisonment, a fine and up to a lifetime of supervised release.

The Limerick Township Police Department and a criminal investigative arm of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security investigated. Assistant U.S. Attorney Michelle Rotella is prosecuting the case.
