Four days after Chester County released an updated most-wanted list, police arrested one of the 15 fugitives Wednesday.

Douglas Charles Gray Jr., 25, whose last known address was in Coatesville, was wanted for aggravated assault and possession of illegal narcotics with intent to deliver.

Coatesville police recognized the driver of the car he was in and pulled the car over around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday near South 5th Avenue and Maple Avenue. The driver, Orlando Raison, 42, was wanted for offenses including aggravated assault.

Gray got out of the car and ran, police said.

An officer chased him down and arrested him. Police arrested Raison without incident.

Gray had illegal narcotics, police said, so he faces additional drug charges.

The first public release of the county's most-wanted list, in July 2014, led to the arrests of four fugitives, said Chester County Sheriff Carolyn Bunny Welsh.
