Pedestrian dies after hit by two cars
A man died after being struck by two vehicles Wednesday in Chester, police said. The man, whose age was not available, was in the 200 block of East Ninth Street when he was hit, said Chester Police Commissioner Joseph Bail Jr. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. One vehicle stopped but the other fled. The hit-and-run vehicle was described only as a black Chevrolet, Bail said.
