Man, 22, critically hurt in N. Phila. shooting

A 22-year-old man was critically wounded in a shooting Tuesday evening in North Philadelphia, police said. The victim was shot twice in the left thigh and once in the right thigh shortly before 7 p.m. in the area of Newkirk and Cumberland Streets. Police took him to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in critical but stable condition.
