Police ID Montco woman killed by train

A woman fatally struck Tuesday by a SEPTA train in Montgomery County has been identified as Deanna Posavec, 40, of North Wales.

Her death has been ruled a suicide, the Montgomery County Coroner's Office said.

The woman was hit just before 6 a.m. by an inbound Lansdale/Doylestown Line train traveling between the North Wales and Gwynedd Valley stations. The incident prompted SEPTA to suspend service on the Regional Rail line between the Doylestown and Pennlyn stations for about two and a half hours.
