A Montgomery County man who video-recorded girls and women at the beach, at sporting events, in store dressing rooms, and even in bed with him has pleaded guilty to charges of invasion of privacy, loitering and prowling, and sexual abuse of children, the Delaware County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday.

Sean Moses, 37, of Narberth, is to be evaluated by the state's Sexual Offender Assessment Board before a September sentencing.

Moses, who posted the videos he had taken on a pornographic website, was discovered when a Villanova University student living in off-campus housing reported a prowler had taken photos through her ground-floor window. Radnor Township police were able to find the women in a video posted by Moses on a pornographic site. - Mari A. Schaefer
