Man barricaded in N. Philly house

A man barricaded himself in a house in the 1800 block of Diamond Street in North Philadelphia at 11:30 Saturday morning after a gunfight in the street with a man who was arrested, police said.

Police are at the scene, about four blocks west of the Temple University campus.

Two women, two children, and one man came out of the house by 1:45, police said.

Officers are trying to figure out if the shooter is still in the house.
