Girl, 13, missing since Saturday afternoon

Police are searching for a missing 13-year-old girl named Josephine Seda from North Philadelphia. The teen was last seen at her house on the 2500 block of Palethorpe Street on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. wearing a multicolored shirt and blue jeans, police said. She is described as 5-foot-0 and 100 lbs., with shoulder-length brown hair.
