Body found on Delaware River island near airport

Police were investigating the discovery Friday afternoon of a body on an island in the Delaware River near Philadelphia International Airport.

At 3:01 p.m., authorities responded to a report of a body on Little Tinicum Island, which is near Tinicum Township in Delaware County.
