Two men were arrested and charged with burglary after police in Lower Merion say they found them hiding inside a home under renovation on the 700 block of South Highland Avenue early Tuesday morning.

Anthony Kemp, 44, of the 400 block of Croyden Street in Upper Darby, and Richard Kareem Kemp, 26, of the unit block of South Salford Street in Philadelphia, were both charged with burglary and related offenses.

Police said they were called to the home at 12:47 a.m. Tuesday morning after a neighbor reported a suspicious truck in the driveway and flashlights moving inside the house.

Police set up a perimeter before entering the house and finding the two suspects inside, according to a statement.
