Lululemon store closed by collapse looted

The Center City Lululemon store, closed after bricks from an adjoining wall crashed through the roof, was burgled overnight, police said.

The Center City Lululemon store, closed after bricks from an adjoining wall crashed through the roof, was burgled overnight, police said.

Officers were called to the store on the 1500 block of Walnut Street about 2:20 a.m. after receiving a report that it was open.

They found the glass door had been shattered by a brick and that a rack near the door apparently had been looted, police said.

A store manager who was called to the scene reported that about $300 in clothing was missing.

Three women were injured in the store Tuesday when bricks from the rooftop parapet the adjoining six-story building came crashing through the roof. They have since gone home from the hospital after being treated for their injuries.
