Bensalem pedestrian, a 57-year-old woman, struck and killed
A 57-year-old woman was killed Saturday night while walking on the 1600 block of Street Road in Bensalem.The woman, whose identity was not released pending family notification, was struck at about 8:50 p.m. by a 2008 GMC van traveling east.

Police said the driver of the vehicle stopped and has cooperated with authorities. Those with information on the accident are asked to call police at (215)633-3719.
