2 shot near Dobbins Tech

Two young men were shot Friday afternoon near the Murrell Dobbins Career and Technical Education High School at 22d Street and Lehigh Avenue in North Philadelphia, police said.

An 18-year-old man was shot once in the right shin and a 19-year-old was shot once in the left side of the stomach, police said. Both were taken to Temple University Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.
