Boy, 3, critically hurt falling out of go-kart

A 3-year-old boy was in critical condition Tuesday night after he fell out of an electric go-kart in the city's Olney section, police said.

About 7:40 p.m. in the 6000 block of North Philip Street, the boy fell out of the go-kart and hit his head on the sidewalk, police said.
