Bucks bust nets 3 arrests, 250 pounds of marijuana

Authorities in Bucks County arrested three men and seized about 250 pounds of marijuana during a bust in Warwick Township this week, police announced Friday.

In a statement, Warwick Township Police Chief Mark Goldberg said that authorities witnessed the drugs being delivered in packages via a commercial trucking company to a business on the 100 block of Railroad Drive on Thursday.

Goldberg said it appeared that the trucking company "had no knowledge of the contents of the packages." He did not name the business where the packages were allegedly delivered.

Arrested were Basdeo Samaro, 58, of Warminster; Junior Shaw, 28, of Darby Borough, Delaware County; and Winston Hinds, 55, of Philadelphia, Golberg said.

Each of the men was charged with conspiracy, posession, and related charges. None was able to post bail, according to Goldberg.
