Police: Woman crashed car into house


A 75-year-old woman was injured Friday when she crashed her car into a house in Northeast Philadelphia, police said.

About 7:15 p.m. the woman's car crashed through the front of a home on the 11100 block of Waldermire Drive, police said. No one was in the downstairs unit when the accident occurred, police said.

The motorist was treated at Aria Health-Torresdale Campus for neck pain, police said. - Mike Newall
