Man critically wounded in W. Phila. shooting

A 21-year-old man was hospitalized Wednesday night after being shot at least six times in West Philadelphia, according to police.

The street shooting took place about 8:35 p.m. on the 900 block of Edgemore Road. The victim was listed in critical but stable condition at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, officials said.

There have been no arrests.
