A 39-year-old man suffered spinal injuries after jumping into a quarry Tuesday afternoon, police said.
The man and his girlfriend jumped into the water-filled quarry on the 3400 block of Saint Peters Road in Warwick Township around 4:45 p.m., a spokesman for the Pennsylvania State Police said.
The man was transported by helicopter to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital around 6:15 p.m., police said. The woman did not report any injuries. - Jonathan Lai
