No injuries in vacant Philadelphia house collapse

A rowhouse near Sixth and Cumberland Streets in North Philadelphia collapsed Sunday morning, officials say.

The building, on the 2500 block of North Sixth Street, came down into a neighboring vacant lot about 9:40 a.m., police said. It had previously sustained "partial damage." No injuries were reported.

Department of Licenses and Inspections representatives were responding to the site to assess the damage.
