Coatesville boy struck by bullet; police seek suspects

COATESVILLE A 14-year old boy was struck by a stray bullet Tuesday while standing at a window in his Coatesville home, the police said.

The teen went to the second-floor window at 4:43 p.m. when he heard multiple gunshots from a parking lot on the 400 block of Regency Drive, according to a press release from the Coatesville Police Department.

The boy was struck by a bullet in the abdomen and transported to Paoli Hospital, where he is in stable condition, the police said.

The police said there are no suspects at this time. Anyone with information about the crime is asked to contact the police department.
