Man shot to death in Germantown
A 24-year-old man was fatally shot Thursday evening in the city's Germantown section, police said. Officers found the victim shortly before 6 p.m. in the 4900 block of Pulaski Avenue with gunshot wounds to the chest and neck, police said. He was transported by police to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:13 p.m.
