Man shot to death in Wissinoming
A 23-year-old man was fatally shot Wednesday night in the city's Wissinoming section, police said.
The victim was shot at least once in the chest in a second-floor apartment in the 5700 block of Cottage Street, said Chief Inspector Scott Small.
Medics pronounced the man dead at the scene. No arrests were reported. - Robert Moran
