Marty Angelina is getting out while he can.

Not out of jail. Out of the latest mob racketeering indictment.

The "made" member of the Philadelphia Mafia who got pinched in last year's roundup of reputed boss Joseph "Uncle Joe" Ligambi and his top lieutenants, pleaded guilty today in federal court to racketeering conspiracy, extortion and operating video-poker machines.

Angelina, 50, is likely to do about 57 months in prison, including the time he's already served awaiting trail, said defense attorney Jack McMahon. He will not be testifying against his mob pals in the trial set to begin in October.

Asked if his client had given any thought to cooperating with prosecutors, McMahon said: "No. Zero. None. 100 percent, no."

The plea is similar to what mobster Gaeton Lucibello agreed to last week. Lucibello, 59, admitted assisting in shaking down a bookie and operating two illegal video-poker machines. He faces 51 to 63 months in prison and isn't cooperating with the government, either.

Angelina, 50, who is tight with Joey Merlino and was once described by a federal prosecutor as a "bully running with a gang of misfits," served six years in prison on a 2001 racketeering conviction and was jailed twice after his release for probation violations. He made headlines in 2009 for spitting on a Margate cop and pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.

Although Lucibello and Angelina aren't talking, the feds have flipped Louis "Bent Finger Lou" Monacello, an associate of jailed mobster George Borgesi.

Monacello, who was targeted in the "Operation Delco Nostra" investigation, has agreed to testify for the government in the current federal case. He was recorded telling informant Frank "Frankie the Fixer" DiGiacomo that Angelina was the "most hated motherf----- in the mob" and offering $2,000 to have him "beat up really bad."

Angelina, his hair now thinning and graying slightly, appeared in court in a green prison jumpsuit and dark brown t-shirt. He said nothing, other than answering, "yes," "no" and "I do" to questions from U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno. He will be sentenced in December.
