Acting on tips, police arrested a 16-year-old boy today and said they expected to arrest more soon.

Police said that during the vandalism spree the night of Dec. 27, four youths, one armed with a video enabled cellphone, spray painted cars and walls on the 2000 block of South Etting Street with the letters "W" and "L the words "WRECK LOCALS."

After releasing surveillance video of the four on Tuesday, investigators learned about the YouTube video, which was posted under the title "wreck locals (expletive, expletive) up."

The video shows, among other things, at least two youths spray painting cars and a stop sign and smashing a car's windshield.
