Three teens shot in West Phila.

Three teenagers were wounded, one critically, amid a hail of 12 gunshots in West Philadelphia tonight, police said.

The attack happened in the 5600 block of Master Street about 6:20 p.m. The victims were approached by three other young males who opened fire, said Lt. John Walker.

A 19-year-old man was shot four times in the chest and abdomen and was taken - in critical condition - to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Walker said.

A 16-year-old boy was shot in the leg and arm and was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where he was listed in stable condition. A 15-year-old boy was also taken to CHOP with a gunshot wound in the leg. He was treated and was expected to be released overnight.

No arrests were reported and no other details were available.    - Robert Moran
